New York Chapter announced

We are delighted to announce that a New York chapter of Customer Futures will be launching in New York City in the coming months.

 

Naras Eechambadi, Ph.D. will be our Facilitator for this new group. Naras is an expert in Customer Management and Marketing, having held senior roles with Wachovia, McKinsey, AC Nielsen BASES and BBDO Worldwide. He is currently the CEO of Quaero and is on the advisory board of the CustomerThink. 

 

The speaker for our inaugural Forum will be James (Jim) Barnes, Ph.D.   Jim is an internationally-recognized author, speaker, consultant, entrepreneur and educator on subjects relating to marketing and the building of customer relationships.  He will address a critical issue in managing Customer Experience – how to engage employees and intermediaries to deliver the brand promise.
