Customer Futures and plenum Institut partner to launch German group
We are delighted to announce that Customer Futures and the plenum Institut will be launching a new group in Germany in the coming months.
The Customer Loyalty Futures Chapter will:
- Consist of up to 15 businesses from a cross-section of business sectors
- Be facilitated by Hartmut Skubch of plenum AG
- Be held at the plenum Institut’s headquarters in Eltville, Rheingau
The launch date is targeted for Q1 2009.
The speaker for our inaugural Forum will be Dr. Graham Hill, who has been at the forefront of CRM for over 20 years. His current work is in the areas of Customer Value Management, Customer Experience Management and Customer-driven Innovation.
Dr. Hill is Cologne based, and is an independent associate with CACI Sophron, a UK-based specialist customer value management consultancy. He is the resident Customer Value Management guru at CustomerThink ( www.customerthink.com), the leading independent CRM portal where is Customer Insider blog (http://www.customerthink.com/user/graham_hill) was recently voted one of the Top 20 CRM Blogs. He is also an International Advisor to Greater China CRM ( www.gccrm.com), the leading Chinese CRM portal.
