Peter Lavers teams up with WCL
Peter Lavers, MD of Customer Futures, is teaming up with Prof. Merlin Sone to lead WCL's Customer Management Practice.
Peter retains his Customer Futures responsibilities, as the two are wholly complementary.
WCL’s Customer Management Practice helps companies improve the value they deliver to customers while making more profit (or at lower cost in NFP organisations), by enabling them to improve their critical business competence of managing customers, an area in which great opportunities still exist in today’s multi-channel environment and in tough markets where ‘good’ customers are hard to find and keep.
